A key initiative highlighted in the report is Sage's adoption of Dimensions Author Check, an innovative tool developed by Digital Science. This application reviews researchers' publication histories and networks to detect patterns indicative of unethical behavior, such as paper mill involvement. By streamlining the author verification process, Sage enhances our ability to identify and address potential misconduct.

Additionally, Sage has introduced Sage Policy Profiles, a free, browser-based tool that enables researchers to easily find, visualize, and share their work's citations in policy documents worldwide. This platform not only amplifies the real-world impact of research but also promotes transparency and accountability in scholarly communications.
