I am Olga Nowaczyk. My research interestis focused around the issue of social agency, reflexivity, subjectivity and military sociology.

"Times New Roman";color:black;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:PL">I was interested in two conceptual categories: the identity of students and social experience, and exactly theexperience of social change. In recent years,social and political changes have led to a crisis of identity of military institutions that have lost thestatus of the most important and stablesystem of reference, and is increasingly characterized by uncertainty, risk.color:#333333;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:PL""> "Times New Roman";color:black;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:PL">These transformations have a directand indirect impact on the military education system in Poland, as well as students representing an element of thesystem. Acting in these situations, strugglingwith a strong sense of distance, strangeness and tension that it generates between competing logic action: forexample, between logic and the logic ofintegration strategies, which make them choose between the imperative to build relationships and survival.
